Return and Refund Policy for RasoiBazaar

Refunds and Returns

We understand that issues may arise with your order. If you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
✅ You report the issue within 12 hours of delivery.
✅ The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy) must be reported within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
❌ Opened or used perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat) unless they were damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
❌ Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
❌ Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery.
❌ Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened packaging).

 


 

Process

1. Contact Us

To initiate a refund or replacement, please email us at rasoibazaarapp@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery. Provide your order details and a clear image of the issue (if applicable).

2. Review

Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the product).

3. Return (if applicable)

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

4. Refund

  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through your preferred payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer).

 


 

Exceptions

  • Sale items are generally non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

  • If the item was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued as a gift credit to your account.

  • For gifts where the giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the giver.
