Order Processing
All orders are processed within 12 Hours after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Within India):

  • Free standard shipping for orders over INR 499.

  • Orders below INR 499 will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume.

 


 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the order via whatsapp or Mobile app.


 

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within India only.

 


 

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 


 

Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, RasoiBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic disruptions, or local restrictions).

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages
RasoiBazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure you provide a secure location for delivery. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at rasoibazaarapp@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the carrier’s claims process.
