Terms & Conditions for RasoiBazaar

Welcome to the RasoiBazaar app and website ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

 

 

1. Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Platform.

  • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

 

 

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of RasoiBazaar or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

  • You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from RasoiBazaar.

 

 

3. User Content

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting any content to the Platform, you grant RasoiBazaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You are solely responsible for any content you provide, and you agree that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

 

 

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • UPI (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

    • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)

    • Net Banking

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select locations and order values.

  • Full payment must be made before order processing, except for COD orders.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

 

 

5. Delivery Terms

  • Service Area: We currently deliver within Pune city and select nearby areas. Availability of services may vary depending on your location.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and traffic.

  • Failed Deliveries:

    • If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.

    • If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply.

  • Perishable Items: RasoiBazaar is not responsible for the quality of perishable items if delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailability).

 

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy) are eligible for refunds or replacements only if reported within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • RasoiBazaar reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the complaint is made after the specified time frame.

 

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RasoiBazaar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.

RasoiBazaar does not warrant that the Platform, its servers, or emails sent from RasoiBazaar are free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RasoiBazaar, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if RasoiBazaar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RasoiBazaar, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform.

 

 

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently deliver within Pune city and nearby areas only.

  • Delivery availability and time slots may be affected by local regulations, weather, and delivery partner availability.

 

 

11. Loss or Theft of Packages

  • Once the order is marked as delivered, RasoiBazaar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location.

  • If you suspect your package is lost, contact customer support within 12 hours of the delivery confirmation.

 

 

12. Modifications to the Terms

RasoiBazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India.
